  Ehm... you can CLEARLY see how they fast forward the video when she is filling the cups... yet it moves with the same speed as it does when people do it with their hands, ergo, the heat from 6 cups of boiling water doesn't create a significant speed as seen from videos and from personal experience.

  Also, the test in some way contradicts what is trying to prove, showing that in order to move the Psi Wheel one must generate the same ammount of heat (as 6 cups with boiling water) on their hands, which I'm sure no one does when they spin the wheel.

  All of this shows that your hands temperature doesn't affect the wheel movement at all, unless you are human torch :)

  They needed 6 CUPS with boiling water to obtain the same results (if not more slow) of people get just with their hands.

  You need a terrible amount of heat as you can see to make it move slowly, hence it's not the heat which moves it.

  Also, that doesn't explain all the cases (controlling the spin direction, speed, and when done under a glass) and the obvious one when people don't even use their hands.

  There is an specific tool used to work on your telekinesis abilities, called Psi Wheel:

  

  By the way, you can use tin foil instead of paper, I'm not sure if it may improve the results...

  Now just stick a pin or a needle in a base, like a cork or something similar so you have the following:

  

  Then just balance the paper wheel you made on the tip of the needle, in the center of it, obtaining something like this:

  

  Then to try it, is better if you are in a room where there is no wind.

  putting your hands around the contraption (being carefull to dont touch it, or make sudden moves to don't create any air current) try to focus on rotating it...

  

  (once you master one you can try with two)

  If you think it's moving due to your telekinetic abilities try to focus on controlling it even more by deciding the spin speed, direction (clockwise or anti-clockwise) and so on...

  If you still think something external in the enviroment is influencing the spin of the wheel, you can put a glass container around it

  

  It's pretty straightforward... but here is a video just in case (2:50 is when the action start lol)...

  Ofcourse, as you are "begining" you should try to put your hands as close as you can... and maybe without a glass around it.

  There are some techniques that you can try that allow you to accumulate energy in a single spot in your body for instance to make an energy ball on your hands...

  I've been trying to activate my telekinesis for years and I've basically had no more success than you there. Small things that move small distances.
  
  I started to ask myself WHY I wanted to do telekinesis, and when I were forced to confess for myself that I only wanted it to be able to "show off cool things" and to "get a kick out of the extraordinary" I also realized that that was probably the sole reason for why I couldn't get it to work for more than minor effects in the first place. My intention was all wrong..
  
  It's like astral projection. The moment you get exhilarated over the fact that you've projected, you get kicked back right into the body since exhilaration and spirituality aren't compatible concepts and have different frequencies of operation. ;)
  
  So, have You identified WHY you are so desperate to get your built in telekinetic "powers" operational?

    Similar w/ me... I don't think getting a beer from the fridge w/ out getting off the couch applies for good intention of telekinetic powers to be used.  But I did teach my son to get me a beer :P   But seriously, it would be so cool to be able to "show off" powers like that. I agree, intentions play a large factor.  (and no I'm not a fat beer drinking couch potato... I'm only fooling around)
