Just loaded this up. It installs a VPN too, which helps mask the IP address, I was wanting to get something like that but I couldn't figure it out before - this does it all for you.
I already had Adblocker for a long time, because the Ads were slowing down my (old) computer quite heftily.
Another very useful extension is Ghostery, you can use that one to block out the individual tracking cookies such as from Google Analytics and Facebook crap.
Those used to slow me down bigtime even accessing Ashtar site because this place for some reason loads up 10 of them.
However for some reason you have to keep AWeber and Twitter Button active otherwise these Reply boxes don't work correctly (but you can block all the rest).
