It's correct that you need energy work.
However nature already has the energy work built into us; all things reside in the heart. All delusions, suffering, thoughts arise from the heart. Any guided meditation will innately lead one towards the clear light of the self which is the ultimate aim for one seeking and accepting of certain truth.
These are not merely regurgitated quotes but the surest truth, wherein there is no doubt.
It is not merely washing but daily reaching towards establishment of samadhi, which requires a clean self, minimal impure thoughts to disturb the stillness. Do not reject it without knowledge, try it yourself then by all means let us know. I apologize, I failed to include that side of it in the original post, it has now been included.
The creator is one, the creator is the light of the universe, the eternal abiding irresistible living conscious truth, nature, the proportioner of space, the bestower of forms, the assigner of frequencies, wavelengths, shape, polarities, thoughts, contrasts, resonances, vibrations. This is who you are up against when we are talking about this book. Can anything be worse than rejecting the surest of truth that stands directly in front of your self every moment?
Any doubts you have, tell me. By no means is my knowledge complete but what I know, there is no doubt. With regards to the third eye, I do not have any blockages. My third eye has been open my whole life. I do not rely on faith but mathematical/geometric intuition. The quran is as close to the philosopher's stone as you're getting on Earth. It is alchemy from beginning to end - the efficient harnessing of nature.
