Hi, all my life I have been a very anxious person worrying about everything, I have wasted so much time and energy worrying, im now at the stage in my life I want peace, and just to let this side of my personality go, but how do I do this, how do I change my whole personality,to just be and live in the moment would be wonderful.

Thank you every one whom took the time to reply to me, your answers have been wonderful, im now looking at this fear a completely different way , the joke is im a very strong person so why let this fear control me, I have NEVER doubted my love or existience of My God ( for want of a better word) so maybe its time I really learnt to trust him and my guides and ask for help ( which I really don't like doing I feel guilty !! ), I feel like a tonne weight has been lifted from my shoulders, my thanks to you all does not seem enough xx
Ally, its understandable .. and I bet a lot of starseeds here in this website feel the same way as you but they are afraid to admit it ..
accept the fact that you are worried and anxious .... dont run away from your fears because the thing is, we create them, they are like our children .. embrace them .. face it head on .. ... feel the fear and do it anyway ... and then meditate your way out of it .. meditation is the key and yes you will find the time to meditate..
People say dont worry .. which is fine .. but if you want to heal it then grab the bull by the horns and do it.. the fact that you have had enough of worrying is a great place to be .. because it means you are about to set yourself free...
worrying is a choice .. but you can choose to feel peacefull instead ..
if you smoke a lot, drink a lot of coffee, eat meat .. all of that contributes to anxiety ..
I bet you feel it in your stomach region? .. in your belly .. try breathing in Love and breathing out fear ..
Affirmations are really good .. try this one .. I AM not this fear !

and remember, you are LOVED more than you can imagine .... so give all of your problems to Creator ... surrender, let go .. and Let God... allow your higher self to do the driving ... and when you eventually come to that place where you are in peace, you will smile to yourself and wonder why you ever worried so much .. you have many guides in the unseen ... trust in them to guide you out of your fears .. and so it is.

Boom!! :)) This is the it. Universe/cosmos I always like to call situationism. You can see it. And you can see it like roaring is mentioning here.. or in a different state than that, perhaps not so ready.
Though...... lol ;D... theirs always this "third" rout lol. A kind of recklessness.. a state of cosmos itself.. where your kind of moving and being the cosmos.. as the lion roars. This also is yet another way of seeing. Taking in information/awareness of a situation continuously unfolding. But ahhh hehe... I better shut my yapper for now ;D
