1. Only permit high vibrational emotions
2. Discard doubt, Anger, Rsentment, Anxiety and Despair.
3. Never initiate an attack.
4. Show kindness and compassion to others at all times.
5. Refrain from eating animals for they are your friends.
6. Protect your planet as though you would a child.
7. Join with others to prepare for your ascension.
8. Allow our endless love to flow to your heart.
9. Teach and practice peace to all.
10. Do all this with joy.
