  HAARP is part of an effort to terraform Earth for aliens. Check out Aliens and the Vatican from Unsealed Alien Files to learn more about this, and who they are. Its fitting they collaborate with the Vatican. In the Bible there is mention of God coming to a new people that have not known him, but Jesus warns of hell if you say anyone is without God, so we deduce this is a newly created race of humans that have never known God.

  You see this human race is a failed experiment.... of harlets. The battle for our race was lost long ago...

  If, for example, America were to lose the constitution... or rather awaken to the realization that things are not right. Well, long ago we lost a similar constitution which contained the true laws of reality, and true doctrines such as Reincarnation. No one could stop the priests from doing what they wanted, and the people failed to follow Jesus, but followed their priests.

  It's too late now. We are in the modern age, and bad guys have the power. The world will be destroyed, no flesh at all would even be saved except that a few of us still remain true to Jesus and the Torah.
