I think that start page appears to be the future of information research online.
I read the whole article. They can´t do it , that´d be my first guess , but they could make people think they can by repeating often enough that they are doing it. Note how they explain they want to watch people without the use of technology to do it - that´s impossible if google depends solely on the use of technology. They can only watch individual account users , not people in the middle of the desert somewhere.
