  This is true. Today I had to go through 3 unusual screens and enter letters and numbers as a verification that it was my computer they said instead of another computer due to unusual high computer use?? Or something like that.  However, I recently have had someone hack into my email and send viral messages requesting money.  The hacking is possibly becoming more of an issue.  If it stops hackers I have to admit I appreciate it. I have had problems for a while with a hacker.  I probably ended up on some list or something. You will know it if they are checking on you because of the three screens.
