Yesterday there was a global meditation for 12/12/12, from the website The Major Shift. First the eastern hemisphere was meditating in sync and 12 hrs or so later the western hemisphere was doing it.

I posted it as it was happening and went outside to tell my friends to join in. Instead he asked her for a cuddle and they started arguing. So I went far away onto the lawn, and because of the yelling in the background, I had to meditate with my fingers firmly wedged in my ears! That was a first... I was so disappointed, but decided to make the most of it anyway, and after a while I started to feel relaxed anyway, somehow. I was just breathing in love, and breathing out love. After a while I felt that my heart was an fully open portal of free flowing energy, the energy going in, and out, right through me, and with each breath, the opening got larger.. and with each breath some of my body fell away, sort of like a landslide on the edge of a hole, continuing to widen, until I had no body left and I was without form. It was fantastic. After a while I felt like it was over so I just lay there looking up at the stars, and saw 2 meteorites from the geminids.. and then a fire fly idly flew around, making swirls in the air. My friends were still arguing. 

So this morning I checked if anyone had joined in at this site and saw that the 2nd meditation times hadn't been posted yet. So I looked up the site to find when the next one was and the time was coutning down, it was 00:00:35 seconds to go! So I posted it again and started watching the dvd. The video was about meditating on white light and putting it in our hands until it manifested as a feather, as a symbol of peace, and then a crayon... then the dvd cut out and went blank. So I laid down on the bed and meditated on love and white light and then changed it to soft pink. It wasn't really working so I changed it to hot pink and my guides said to make it hot pink with a warm orange colour mixed in. It was much more powerful then and I could see the colour behind my eyelids.

My friend who felt guilty for last night came in to offer me fruit and I told here it was the 2nd chance at meditating so she went to do it too, although she says she finds meditation difficult and never does it.

Suddenly despite pink/violet colour I was thinking about, the room was full of white light. It was as though someone was shining a led light into my closed eyes, and I could hear spirits saying WOW! LOOK AT THAT! It really felt as though the whole planet was glowing white, grids and all. So I went back to meditating on white light. I knew that something huge was happening. It felt wonderful.

Afterwards my friend said that she had meditated on white light, even though she hadn't seen the video, and she didn't know what the plan was. She said she had felt it all around herself.

Now she is designing art work on meditating and filling the planet with love and colours and the hills behind us have a rainbow.

So the point of this is, does anyone here, lightworker or not, meditator or not, angry or guilty or not, wish to continue to do these meditations, at synchronised times? It's really simple and this is to show that if we could do it, anyone who is interested can.

It's really something special when we know that we are doing this with others around the planet at the same time. I know it makes it so much more powerful and I know it is so appreciated. And our body loves it, our heart loves it, our mind loves it... It's good for us to put good energy in ourselves and out there, as well as for the planet and for everyone else who is suffering and could do with some good energy.

It could also be a beautiful way to see us through to the end of the year.
