The 'raw food diet' and vegetarianism - are 2 completely different diets. Just in case anyone is wondering.
good point however if it wasn't for all these different names and trends in diet, raw food diet should be called vegetarian ; as name suggests its a diet of vegetables and fruits. But instead we invent so many names .
Anyways , another family turns raw vegan~YEY~!~
