...................the presentation we will hear tonight is about realizing that any changes upon the world you wish to see must start with ourselves first. Let it be bad diet, crazy family, awfull job, unhappy relantionship, displeasure with your system or goverment controlling it, what ever it is, it must start with personal changes first. Once we, as a collective , make such changes, we become as little magnets attractining like and that is how we change our world. We actually can do that and in a sense we are learning to do that now, today.
There is an old Summerian saying( thanks to that great master Zarathustra ) :..................before you go on changing the village, you must change yourself first ~!~
