I've been reading a lot of posts about the symptoms of ascension post 11/11/11. I admit, I had some problems with headaches, which is rather rare for me, and I felt incredibly lethargic for a while.
What I'm wondering now is have any of you noticed POSITIVE changes in your body and mind recently? I ask because, over the last few days, seemingly out of nowhere, I feel great!
I've always had problems with my sleep, but recently it's just clicked into a clockwork pattern I've never experienced before; and, instead of waking up feeling drained and exhausted, I find myself full of energy. I'm feeling happier (which, for someone who has taken long term medication for depression, is particularly welcome), calmer, more focused, more organised, less irritable. A friend of mine told me yesterday that I had a glow.
(I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant. My penis confirms this.)
I hope at least SOME of you are experiencing similar feelings!

I am feeling good too Achilles. Something has majorly shifted for me in the last 4 months. I don't feel exactly as I did 3 weeks ago, there was some intense energy coming down - and it was majorly intense. It seems to be coming in waves, and I think we have the opportunity to make good changes in our life at the right "times"... :-)
Right now I feel things have relaxed a bit. I think we keep getting doses of what's to come... :)
As far as my body goes, my spine has been feeling strange, I've woken up a few times, and my entire spine down to the bottom was hurting, and that never happens to me. I think part of the reason is I'm not stretching enough or exercising enough, but I think physical activity is really helpful during these times of change.
It sure is amazing, and I am thankful to be witnessing and experiencing it! :-) <3
