Feeling Distant

I have been awakening for many years and have always had lots of signs and guidance through my life. I have always had very lucid dreams which were exciting,frightening and insightful. Recently though I have felt very cut off to my connections in the other realms. I can't concentrate and feel I have no communication anymore. This is making my life feel worthless and I am just wishing something would happen for me to feel that connection again. I don't know if anyone may have an idea of what is happening here? I would appreciate any advice you have

    It might be that you need to learn more lessons in the 3D realm, after all thats what we're here for..
