Fear of suffering

Almost all people suffer because of the fear to dey. Not the death makes fear, but the way to suffer before you can go. All the terible pain with cancer, aids, etc...

Someone having an idea to get reed of this kind of fear?

Meditations and visions of nice and quick transpasing, pared with good feelings did not have any results up till now. At least not with myself... try not to think about my death anymore, to avoide bad feelings.

  • It is not that death comes at the end, it begins from they very day we are physically born, we are dying with every passing minute but we do not tend to make a note. Everyone has a designated life span according to "karma", not a breath more, not a breath less. If we realize and accept this the fear of death will no more stalk us, because we have "accepted" it.

BREATH is the key. We should learn to be aware of every breath we take- this is what meditation is all about.

Suffering is suffering only when you resist to accept.

suffering is said to be repayment of karmic debts, if you manage to avoid repaying in this lifetime, you will have to pay in next lifetime- the life cycle- BIRTH & DEATH- will continue till you are freed 'moksha'.

the fear of death itself proves the existence of life cycle, because if one would not have experienced death- he should not be fearful, but the fear proves the past experience.

BECOME A DOER WITH NON ATTACHMENT TO THE RESULT AND LEARN TO ACCEPT WITHOUT BEING JUDGMENTAL.
