Extraterrestrials: Binary message gets decoded

Recently there was a discovery of a crop circle in Robella, a city near Asti, Italy. The crop circle appeared over night and the farmer there said that night his horses were startled by something. The fact that this crop circle looks more perfect in the way the grass is laying down and standing up for that matter made me take a closer look at this one.
This coded crop circle message looks like its been cracked. This came in an email today and it blew me away... So I want to post it and see what you think.
What do these two dates mean?

Email reads:
The first single arrow means bullet mark 1) and second double arrow means bullet mark 2). Hence if you read the binary digits anti-clockwise it is as follows starting from single arrow
> 0010, 1100, 1010, >> 0010, 0010, 0001, 0010, 1101,
In the decimal system this is
> 2, 12, 10, >> 2, 2, 1, 2, 13
Hence it reads as
>2-12-10 >> 22-12-13
It means dates between 2-Dec-2010 and 22-Dec-2013.
The shaded and non shaded triangles along with the tiny 6 dark triangles should mean what would happen between these periods

(Assuming all is counter clockwise, which makes sense as binary is read right to left)
The date calculation between the single and double triangle is: 2-12-10
The date calculation between the double triangle back to the single triangle is: 22-12-13
I would read this one of two ways:
1. The small single arrow represents the start of the 2-12-10 timeframe, and the double arrow represents the start of the 22-12-13 time frame.
2. Or as ENR mentioned, the entire binary circle represents the time period between 2-12-10 and 22-12-13
I'm still considering the above two scenarios along with alternative possibilities, but in the spirit of fun I calculated:
Days between the above two dates: 1116
The amount of triangle peaks or binary sequence rectangles: 8
That's 139.5 days for each binary "period".
Therefore the section where the 6 mini triangles lay, would lay between the dates of: March 18 2013 and August 8 2013
I'm not too familiar with celestial cycles, but can anyone determine whether there are any earthly, solar, etc cycles that align with this time frame.
And note: one should not take this posting too seriously, but it is interesting and fun to 'try' to decipher this message.

Basically [to me] it is all what it means to us personally...the energetic key "theory" of mine.
Nothing in this realm of topic is truly to be taken serious by anyone unless they want to play. I find it fun to try and grasp the subjective reality in objective terms. Truly "Alice in Wonderland" like mind bending.
2013 celestial events
Not discrediting anything as I find this subject quite interesting. It strikes me as being 6 objects entering the sun's heliosphere from the Oort regions.
Curriosity has killed the cat. My true question being:
Why would a species navigate and travel 10s of thousands of light years and find it more appropriate and prefer the use of the European format of the celestially inaccurate Gregorian calendar vs a highly accurate method of recording in celestial processions?
On second look it does resemble a crude "map of the solar system" in an almost alignment type fashion.
They dont need to travel 10s of thousands of light years to make a cropcirkel.
They are 24/7 on and around Earth. Even when they do need to travel long a long way they can do it on high speed and at little cost.
The reason they are here are all the people of the world.

Ahh..Klaas my friend, I think you've missed the point of my question.
Why would an advanced species, who most likely started crop communications to speak science in "the language of quantum math" use a time measurement system even humans don't use for anything other than the non accurate day to day druthers, then hide the message in another code to be made further inaccurate? The Anglo-European system which has to be reset every 4 years for even a semblance of accuracy no less with many other, more accurate widely used [ancient] systems available? What would be the logic process used to arrive to this conclusion?
LOL I know "of" why they're here. I have had regular "contact." for years as well as what appears to be an implant.
Quite a few circles tend to be 3 dimensional [holographic] geometric energy transducers and not any particularly encoded message other than the created focused field itself.
Food for thought:
"They" are nothing but an energy signature which resonates differently from the context of environment. What we as humans perceive as ET is just as real as life on earth. NOT ONE BIT "REAL."
I understand it seems real enough, until one drops to the quantum level and realizes all physical matter is 99.9% void and when we "touch an object" the atomic structures never actually contact and really have a repulsive force even though we "really feel it". That's not to say there is no physical interaction at work.
All of existence is solely experienced within the mind and projected in a manner which reflects our "life experience" in a fashion the brain sees fit to cause the least dissonance with our left brain beliefs. Do we not see this in action everyday when we see something a certain way then see it in a whole new light one explanation later when we use our right brain to edit left brain beliefs? The integration of this knowing into our BE-ing can unlock many of life's mysteries.
