Electromagnetism, UFOs, and the Weaponization of Alien Technology...Recommend

Electromagnetic (EM) effects have long been associated with both UFOs and various "paranormal" phenomena for that matter. In the case of UFOs, most of us are familiar with the rather ubiquitous accounts of vehicle engines being shut down and other electrical systems being affected to the more sensational reports of immobilizing tractor beams such as reported in the case of Travis Walton…but that's only the tip of the black triangle so to speak.The major questions this thread will address is whether a group of military-intelligence scientists and operatives have either attempted to, or actually, made contact with non-human intelligence of either the ET and/or the inter-extra-ultra-dimensional sort. If they haven't made direct contact, are they studying the phenomenon and producing technology reversed--or suggested--from such accounts?
