Brown bread having better qualities than white...so bread can vary...I always choose brown, with seeds, etc...Carbohydrate value, plus fortified....And of course, roughage is needed to assist healthy bowel movement... ;-)

The quality of burger buns is lesser by far...

To aid Krish I would define junk food as possessing a less than necessary nutritional value....Food which offers excess fat and miniscule protein...Much salt or sugar, with minimal vitamins....

If you saw the manufacturing process of the typical burger I'm sure that you would conclude that it's junk...

The Chinese proverb states that "you are what you eat..!!" This is what Krish is aluding to, as he clearly states.. ;-)

It's not a case of being judgemental for you have view and consider in all angles ... YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT ..if you have problems understanding this then you are a stupid and there is no doubt about that ...the problem is junk food is one of the causes of hell on this planet ... Junk food you see everyday in most places is sickening just to see let alone eat. The amount of people suffering from sickness and disease is very large percentage on this planet and to associate with junk people lowers your vibes ...they eat junk..the talk junk ..and their actions and behaviour is junk... SHAPE UP OR SHIP OUT

I would say, replace the word stupid with disconnected. We are all in various degrees disconnected from source. Otherwise, we wouldn't be here. Once we move on to a higher density, of course we won't be eating junk food or thinking junk thoughts such as negative judgement of others, but to some degree we will still be disconnected from source.

  But since you poison your mind with negative thoughts about other peoples choices while eating this healthy food, you're still doing the same to your body as any consumer of a "happy meal" is doing. You poison it hence, cancelling the beneficial effects of the food you're eating. Mind over matter. ;)
