This video is an excerpt from the talk “Strengthening Character by Developing Spiritual Courage and Endurance,” and begins with Brother Chidananda quoting Paramahansa Yogananda as saying, “Day and night, affirm what you truly are.”

 

Brother Chidananda then leads three powerful affirmations to help us do just that — to use the practice of affirmation to awaken within ourselves the understanding and vitality that come from our oneness with the Divine.

 

Brother Chidananda, who became president and spiritual head of Self-Realization Fellowship/Yogoda Satsanga Society of India in 2017, is speaking at the 2015 SRF World Convocation in Los Angeles.
