This I felt was a very interesting film, especially the second hour (the first hour is about abductions which is a bit tedious and can be skipped, but the second half is really thought provoking). It challenges a lot of the new age beliefs and fosters critical thinking. I found it stimulating. It basically says we have to evolve and find out the qualities that make us great as a race and realise that our "mind" may not be human, but alien and given to us from our captors. It sheds light on how some humans seem to be so inhuman and says the whole of our society, culture, religion, everything is just their garden where they keep us for their sustenance and that we may never have been able to "be human" and evolve naturally as we were in their artificial farming environment so to say, where they keep us, all along. It may be hard to swallow but is also very freeing and I feel it is the truth.
