Dietary supplements

Hello all, has been a long time since I last posted- I have a question- what are some dietary supplements that would assist in lowering Ascension symptoms? I am moving into a vegetarian diet, and wondered about that- I take B complex- Ginseng- Fish oil- Zinc- and C. What are some good brain activity supplements? or perhaps silver? Acidic or alkaline diet/water- Thank you in advance-
