i just had a deja vu in flashes. As if i had a dream about it. and i got the feelings from it. after, i have a headache and am confused alittle what is this? if anyone can help me find out more about these flashes i just experienced, id be very happy. Peace, Love, and Light.

Ok regarding deja vu, its completely normal.
Ive experienced deja vu, so many times i cant count. Like u i normally dream it, later im there or the thing is happening i dreamt about LOL
it first started when i was around 5 yrs old... and never stopped basically ;)
basically time doesnt exist, the present, past and future exist all in the same time !!
our brains sorts it out as simultenous events, thats happen one after another so we can process it; but in fact we are experiencing all realities, all consequences all formations; all at the same time ;)
what you've done is tapped into the conciousness; and pulled out an event to happen.... u dream it....
u wake up go about ur life; then some time later; (time delay) u experience it.... this is deja vu.
you experience the headache because it takes some energy doing this ;) also deja vu is linked to past life memories too... <3
