Decide to be joyful

One of your holidays, stop watching movies, games, going to game parks etc not because these things are bad but that you may try to find where the true joy come from. Not because people around you talk nice to you, not because you are surrounded by green, paradise like compound, not because you have a twinflame around the compound. Not because the whole world is a green, paradise full of angel like people. Not because of some nice music.To avoid all these tempting things, one day get into a cold, silent boring room and decide to be joyfull there, instead of say going to watch something, listen to something, someone or be with someone. You will first feel argitated and want to come out but hold on! Feel your breath and the heartbeat in the centre of your chest and bring about the feeling of joy from the thin air. The aim is to be feel great joy. A joy caused by absolutely nothing! With and only with powerfull intension, a joy will come to you from no where. After a while, inertia is certainly developed! It turns now the opposite. You want not to get out of the house. Your body is now greatly relaxed. No urge to get up even if you are hearing people cheering a match. The muscles are not tensed with the urge to get up. You discover that you are the source of the joy you are seeking for. Don't stop there! Now decide to feel ecstatic, bla bla bla...you will experience some other feelings that have not yet been given any name for not many have felt! Don't stop there!! Bring about all feelings you get when you hear music, see movies, are with your 'sweet heart' etc. Bring them right out of the void and feel all of them!It is never music for instance, which bring joy to you. The joy exists within you. Music is just one such thing which triggers it.Don't underestimate the importance of joy. It is the most important feeling within an individual. Why is anything good? Why do we term love as a positive feeling? Because it brings about joy. A loving person is nothing but a person who mind about the joy of other people. That is to say without joy, even love loses its meaning!

    Really a great one ...

     

    True Joy comes from within ONLY .........

    and once we are tuned to that joy ....

     

    Well nothing can make us unhappy ( may be a feew seconds or say) but not for long time ... we immediately start getting the joy from within ...

     

    Well that is little difficult in the present times ... I mean this striving for money and food etc ....

    But once you get that you will really be joyful in true nature ...

     

    Let Love, Light and Divinity fill us ALL ................
