There are no less than 5 HAARP sites I know of and 2 are in Alaska.
If we had them dismantled it would be great and at least reduce the amount of severity done to mother earth.
We do not hear too much about this , so I wonder if the prime directive excludes this. To me this haarp system is more than a nuclear explosion due to wars.
The PTB are playing with the lives of everyone on this planet and their eugenics scheme is as tendriled as a fractal events calendar.
Would be nice if this was stopped , thereby causing a shift in this timeline. As usual I explore and meditate, in the hopes
