From this day forward, I will do everything that is humanly possible to improve my Life and the lives of those surrounding me. As I am learning new things and gaining valuable experience, I will encourage others to be responsible and Self-sufficient.
I will seek positive relationships and places to be.
I deserve the best that Life has to offer and I will accomplish this by working towards my goals. By taking care of myself first, only then will all the complexities in my Life become less frightening.
I will honor my aloneness and look at being alone as a time to relax and get to know myself, my feelings, wants, needs and desires.

I especially resonate with the last one, because at this juncture, I am doing exactly that.....really enjoying my alone time as a time to relax, get to know myself, my feelings, wants, needs and desires. This is really a treat to me after having spent 3/4 of this Life experience in service to others.
