cure for my hearing loss or deafess

i want my freedom from hearing aids getting tired of buying hearing aids battery i need to hear own my own im missing every thing for last 10 years maybe longer in my life it time i have the freedom to hear the birds again but i need a cure for hearing problem i been haveing anyone can help with advice any thing can help that would be great
