    Yeah V-'they' must have changed the encryption from static to weird encrypted symbols

    Its a known fact ...Television encryption, often referred to as scrambling, is encryption used to control access to pay television services, usually cable, satellite, or Internet Protocol television (IPTV) services.Encryption does not itself prevent interference but denies the intelligible content to a would-be interceptor.
