    Vibration level/consciousness level is important. If you are vibrating low, you’ll either attract a ET that will play on your fears or get nothing at all. ETs are like humans – there are good and bad ones. To help your vibration, you can cut out the caffeine/nicotine, not eat meat (red meat lowers your vibration), do not do drugs or drink alcohol and do some form of mental stimulation meditation before hand.
    Many ETs vibrate at a higher rate than us – some are in 5D, 6D and even right up to 9D so their conscious levels are going to be higher....read more @
