Question: How did you derive your topic from the video?
I mean, there's nothing in its description nor the video that states this is from a whistle blower. From the introduction of it, it seems more like it's a clip-show made by a bored kid that just learned how to save pictures from Google Pictures, and with pictures that have been discussed and explained in perpetuity for years already.
I believe the picture of the plane with the removed passenger seats were explained as a simulation-plane to test dynamics with variable weights in each seat. Each tank has water enough to match the weight of one adult and to simulate moving in the plane they need to be able to pump the water in and out in real time, hence the hoses.
ACUTE OBSERVER: YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. The airlines use weighed crash test dummies to test for weighing passengers, as this article from the New York Times explains due to fear of overweight passengers that are currently increasing in numbers:

What you "believe" and how the airlines actually apply passenger weighing schemes are two different things. Next time do your homework, as what you "believe" sucks eggs and just made you look foolish.
Malcolm, don't bother with him, it is useless....Some people are here just to start arguments and undermine facts, to confuse others and provoke negative feelings and responses from others...they don't consider facts and proofs, so it is pointless to try to prove anything to them...
