Today I'm picking a card from Diana Cooper and Kathy Crosswell's Orbs Cards.  This card represents a message from the universe for all of us today.  So lets see what I get as I channel everyone's energy from this community...

Archangels Roquiel and Sandalphon

  Our guidance is to connect with the Earth and meditate our Earth Star chakra to bring divine light to the core of the Earth.

Here is a meditation I wrote for the Earth Star chakra.       

Get into a comfortable position. Feel you're body start to relax.  Vision arc angel Raphael's green light of healing wrapping around you're body.  Let you're body absorb this magical green light of healing.  Feel it vibrate threw out you're whole body relaxing each cell and muscle.  feel Arc Angel Raphael's green light start at you're feet, moving up the legs, then to the pelvis threw the stomach extending to the chest and arms, massaging the neck and shoulders, and then finally radiating the head.  You are totally and completely and peace.
    Now take 3 deep breaths and letting go of any distracting thoughts as you exhale.  Give any worries to god and they are done with.
    Now imagine a dark brown grounding light extending from the bottom of you're feet about 12 to 18 inches.  This is You're earth star chakra.  Take a moment to feel it's energy.  Notice what comes up, where this brown light is going and what it wishes to communicate to you.  After you have made a connection lets imagine this chakra magnetically pulling itself from you're feet to the core of the earth.  Feel this energy grounding you with the earth.  Mother Gaia is grounding you're body to her.  She is protecting, and stabilizing your aura to the physical world which you live in.  Now give any negative energies to Gaia threw this vortex we've created.  You can say "I release my fear, my anxieties, and my old beliefs to Gaia.  I trust that mother Gaia will take care of me as I will take care of her"   Feel any negative feelings go down down down into the core of the earth.  She is taking care of these energies. Send You're love and healing to her at this moment.  Take as along as you wish. 

  You two have made an exchange within each other.  She has giving you grounding and you have giving her you're connection. AND SO IT IS
