Thankyou I do a lot of excercise so I forced myself to Tabata class on Friday and got a huge workout, then went for a swim, yesterday I did yoga and today I have to mellow out for work tonite, if I could I'd call off tonite I wake up like someone punched me in the stomach, thankyou for all your help it really has made me see things in a new way.

its funny ( or not, depends on personal opinions ) but my therapy is going to the park, long walks, sometimes heavy metal music~sometimes classical, pending on my moods. Just couple of days ago , I was feeling down and sad so I decided to spend the night in the city park , having bondfire which generated my batteries.
