Agree, do I... Jedi. Negative thoughts are "illusions" projected by a habitually unkind mind, just looking to keep "itself alive"... it can help to realize that this "limited thinking mind" is not really "us", it is just fabricated lines of thinking based on a lack of Love. Love is what is meaningful, expansive, and "Real"... this is the "antidote" to "wash away" the trivial trains of thought. : )

Thanks for sharing this. I've been going through a big process of this myself. I realized several months ago that I edit my heart. I couldn't think of a time other than when I was young that I didn't have the filters of my mind involved in the process of my expression. Since that time I re-connected with my soul mate, am in the process of a divorce and am living from my heart. It's been a very intense process on multiple levels but I'm making more and more progress every day.
Those negative thoughts are like implants that are entrained within us through conditioning and limitation. Now is the time to shed those from our being as we anchor more of our truth into this reality.
