I call kids often bonsai people, and they start laughing. We adults miss often amazing experiences with the small generation.

There was a bonsai girl called Selina. She had a tumor in her head and stoped growing. When she was 6 she looked like a 4 year old.

I loved her very much. She was very bright. One day she came to me, and I don`t know what happened, but I kneeled down to her, and she took here forehead against mine.

So we were silent for a couple minutes. I could smell her child breath. She had closed eyes.

Then she said to me that she wished I would baptize her. I asked why. She said it had to be that way. I baptized her next sunday.

I felt she loved me. Each time we met we had that ritual - we took our foreheads together and were silent. I have never again experienced such ritual with a human...

Another bonsai was Paula, 6 like Selina. I was moved to another town. And strange enough, she often came to my services. Not every sunday, but very often. Her mother said to me, she loved to hear me (with 6!).

Paula seemed to be an old soul. With her 6 years she appeared to me like a young adult. Her mother told me from a stranger Paula had in her home. She called him Mr Fox. She spoke with him publicly and asked her mother to have dishes for him when they were around the table eating.

Each time we met she had that Mona Lisa smile on her face. She said almost nothing, but I felt a great power and love.

Another bonsai man is Jared, a son of a former colleague. He is 4 now and looks like an old soul too. I only was once with him for a couple of hours, when I visited his mother.

He wanted always be with me. He has a language like a juvenile. His sentences are clear and very complex. It was not childish blabla, but real conversations. This was around Xmas.

Last week his mother called me. Jared was about to be baptized. His mother told me he wished that I should be his godfather. He asked her to see me soon.

I have other stories with bonsai people, for instance a boy with 6 who wanted to talk with me about infinity and the infinite universe. But I leave it this way. I felt only a desire to tell about the little ones and their amazing mind sets.

Since I had such first hand experiences I believe in the goodness of God again. And I believe in transformation taking place in so different ways we often can`t imagine.

It was in fect Achilles which article I read about epiphany and today`s note. I was thinking that I ghenerally also tend to have a more pessimistic view while looking around me. And then I remembert my bonsai people experiences, and it gave me lots of smiles...
