I have seen this phenomena before, and it's fascinating to watch. I have actually worked with and talked to a couple of people with this phenomena; their eyes become slits when emotionally aroused. Check out Arnold Schwarzennegar's reptilian eye in this Sky News broadcast (at 0:32) as he loses $20 million in a divorce fight in this video.

I DO NOT AGREE THAT THEY ALL "eat humans." They are definitely protective of their financial resources, as you would expect strong reptilian responses of "what is mine" to be. They are intense and some do have attitude problems, and I suspect that this is ET genetic based and not "ET direct" based. And some actually get along with household cats, despite the conspiracy claim that cats are their natural enemy. Again, I think genetics with humans have a lot to do with this.
