Thought this would be a good place to share my experiences with bi-polar. Last year I had a a very high elated experience which made me go into hyper artistic over drive for about 6 months. It was all realated to the forthcoming year 2012. It took me on the most unusual journey where I met some very interesting people both good and bad. However after the manic episode concluded I went into the darkest pit Ive ever experienced, I was so low due to my negative thinking that I atempted suicide on three seperate occasions. But during my dark spell I used this time to get an understanding of my so called illness and found that some believe it is a spiritual emergancy. The down side being 'The dark night of the soul', Has anyone else been thogh a similar experience? Thankfully I am on the mend now and have welcomed the Holy spirit into my life along with some self dicipline without alcohol and weed which I used to use to self medicate. Man, what a journey, its funny how Im coming out of this black pit the closer we get to 21/12. Thanks for reading.

I have been dealing with bi polar disorder all my life.. practically every day..
Some times it causes my stomach to get in knots and I have felt terible pain there, but I surrendered to Love a long time ago and continue to let go all the time, I think its an on going process until we reach light body statis .. lol ..
I wish you well my friend.. depression can be a drag and I know it back to front, inside out and upside down ...
these days I have learned to deal with it by meditating.. I see every moment as a meditation.. when you loose someone close to you or more than one person, depression can really dig in.. and as for expierencing darkness ... dont even ask me.. lol ... I seen the darkest stuff.. but like Bashar says, its like the rubber band analogy... when you stretch a rubber band back as far as you can without it snapping, the moment you let go of it, it instantly returns to its original shape...
the same principle applies to darkness and light.. the darker you can expierence, the moment you let it go, the farther and faster you will accelerate back into the light.

I’d say your looking at it from inside the game that has it’s own rules. That's a choice made simular to setting up a new game from EA sports. you choos the level the carector, all the opions and cheats in your incarnation.
Look at it from were you came from -- body came from the game you moved into, what moved into the body.
Spirit were did spirit travel from to enter this game of body mind scenery control.
If you say a higher detention -- then how high?
If you as spirit always are, never not non existence. Life with out end. Life with out end as spirit, -- with out end, what do you do with eternal boredom. Think about how long eternity is how do you deal with infinity.
The answer may surprise you . Maybe invent and create a place you can enter, where you can feel separate and free of eternity, with total memory loss and add a sense of time to make this entry into the game complete.
And then how many things can spirit enter into or possess in this infinite scale of creation. Similar to Ground Hogs Day with Bill Murray, with a twist that when the clock turn to 600 am he doesn’t remember yesterday?
How complicated would you like your game to be? Wake up ? Not wake up? -- feel you’re here for a purpose ? Some one famous, or some one into pain and suffering. What ever game you choose the soul purpose is to stay asleep in the game to get away from eternal boredom of unending existence. There is a good reason for all this knowledge eating of the forbidden tree of knowledge is to cover up the simple fact that as spirit we all are immortally trapped in eternity. And that boring, beyond beliefs so we sleep.
