Hello all, i'm a newbie to kundalini yoga, and I believe shabda led me to yoga, however I have no idea how to get started, if someone could lead me to an exact routine...? About the only thing I know about kundalini yoga is that I should work on the first chakra and up. Im looking for a website or anything like that or an exact and precise routine, as in not personalized, like a P90x workout, planned out and easy to follow yoga routine. Also is there anything I might need to know about kundalini/ kundalini yoga.... Actually tell me everything you know about it! =D I believe it's how I wake up, if not someone please tell me exactly how to wake up, you all on this website seem learned on these subjects o_0

And while i'm here I have a miscellaneous topic to speak of, weed, shrooms, sex/drugs....? Ehrmm i'm a 17 year old pothead that in the past loved porn more than actual sex, i've loved marijuana for years and one of my most spiritual experiences happened on shrooms  o_0 , Another member posted on here about an intriguing figure named Ra speaking of sex among other various topics  and I read a little of it and plan on reading the rest but I skipped to the sex part and it said something about green ray transfers and stuff and I was like ?_? lol, this Ra person is highly intellegent, I barely understood much of what he/she said and if someone could clarify? But what I take from it is I need to mix my sexual energy with love for it to be among the higher vibe human relationships....? Anyways most of my concerns nowadays has been to make sure i'm in the right, clearing my arrogance, I wondered for months about porn and whether I was sinning on that front, wondered about weed and shrooms, however, i've kind of made my mind up on that front that weed is good for the soul, nothing ever gave me more peace thru my challenges, but back to the point, what if I have some casual sex, no intentions of "hitting and quitting" or selfiush desires... like, it just happens,what if I emote love at her even though it's just casual, is it still green-ray? Or is that a sin? Like who here knows right from wrong? Whoever here knows right from wrong is who I wanna talk to right now.
