For some reason i have been feeling Nausea these past couple of weeks and although its not severe it just happens randomly like when im waking up or during the day while im at the computer. Usually goes away when i have eaten something but this ha never happened to me before and i remember this is one of the symptoms of ascension. I don't really eat heavy foods alot either and don't drink alot of soda.
Anyone feeling like throwing up as of late?

Yes, I know the feeling. Usually a couple of glasses mineral water and going outside for some fresh air helps me through it.
When you say it usually goes away after eating, to me that suggests maybe you could use a bit more grounding.
Have you tried going outside and connect with nature when the nausea comes up? It might help (just a thought)
Oh, dear friend, so good you're writing about this, i feel the same some times during the last year. I was thinking it is because the Earth is in tremor, influenced by different magnetic forces... This feeling appears suddenly & never depends on whether i eat smth etc... and it is quite strong, like nausea on board of the ship...in storm))
Nothing to it, you are big boy , and can handle it.We are going through some changes and we are experiencing certain changes. Relax and enjoy the ride..........................
