Good to know about the Barcoding secrets but a better method to use is to make an offering before eating food ..like the Lords Prayer, saying offering Mantras , a little prayer so the food is blessed and all negative energy removed so it becomes Karma Free.

Mr Ra in a lot of your videos you wear Sunglasses or light intensity glasses ... But wearing these glasses can block your 3rd Eye ... If you want to keep your 3rd eye active it is best not to wear sunglasses
