I've been emphasized it is VERY important to do this during these mass ejections of energy, otherwise you can create fissures in your aura, etc.
I've been looking up information on this subject, and although I can find the symptos of an unbalanced aura due to these flares, and everything it can do to damage... there is not a lot of information on HOW to upkeep it or HOW to fix it if it does get in a doozy.
I think mine got in a doozy. I am experiencing the rages I used to get all my life before I started really becoming at peace at myself and healing old wounds, impatient, restless, aggressive... like my old bipolar self is back again! Something is seriously out of whack. It all started as things really lit up after those solar flare.
And my higher guides keep directing me towards this solar flare info, aura info, orgone protection info for auric boosts... But I don't have any money right now.
QUESTION: If I do have damage to my aura, how can I fix it? And how can I prevent it from happening again?

I find visualisation helps repair any damage; not to mention your guides are on standby if u ever need their healing or help; call them, :)
i self heal myself; so i dont usaully ask them, but if u find any issues cropping up call upon the divine <3
