It appears that there is confusion from some quarters about what constitutes spiritual ascension.
And how one goes about achieving this.
So I want to take a moment to share what it is that I have discovered ascension to be.
And how one might go about achieving it.
If they truly desire to.
Can I guarantee that it applies to everyone?
It would seem arrogant to answer this question with a yes.
And yet, my experience suggests that it can.
Ascension, contrary to popular belief, is not, at this time at least, a given.
Ascension, like any other goal, (and it is a goal), is a methodical process.
And counter intuitively, ascension does not come about by working in the light.
It all comes down to the work you do in the depth of your dark.
And the peace you make with it.
We all have, and recognize abilities that we know, if we had access to them, would see our problems evaporate.
Leaving us with the quality of life that we desire.
No one is inherently stupid. We all know , deep down, what it is that we must do to get what we want.
So why don't we?
And what does this have to do with ascension any way.
And the answer is simple.
For one reason or another, we fear, and more often than not avoid doing that which we know we must do.
Fear at it's purest is a vibrational frequency that we experience as a feeling that compels us to avoid engaging in behaviours that we have, for one reason or another, deemed to be dangerous.
It is how we fall out of love.
And we become very good at doing this.
Unfortunately, fear also hides from us the aspect of our being that is capable of carrying out that activity.
And so if the ascension process is about discovering all that you are, it stands to reason that you cannot discover all that you are when you avoid that which you fear.
And say what you like about our efforts, if you find that the universe keeps presenting you with the same, increasingly uncomfortable, unproductive circumstances, over and over again, it is fair to say that you are choosing to repeatedly believe the fear.
And thus, avoiding taking the action you fear most. (the "doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result" definition of insanity applies).
The discovery of ones fears is an internal journey. Not external
The external experience is merely a physical manifestation of that which you fear.
However when one truly seeks to throw the light switch on inside themselves, what they find is that fear is a creation of their limiting beliefs and values.
"If 'A' is true, then 'B' cannot be true. And I will avoid that which isn't true by enveloping that part of my consciousness/neurology with the feeling of fear. So that I know to avoid it".
(Sounds like the makings of a duality paradox to me).
However, when you do flick the switch, you recognize that both what you believe and don't believe are a part of truth.
And truth is love.
Falling completely in love with yourself is, in truth, the goal of the ascension process.
And fear can only exist where there is an absence of love.
Enlightening all that which is outside of the realms of your beliefs, and thus fear, is how you achieve this.
And in doing so, you claim the "heart" you need to do that which you couldn't do..
As you do this, you will notice that the universe changes the synchronicites it provides for you.
You will notice opportunities you never noticed before.
And you'll have the where with all to take action on them.
So if you are on the ascension path, get excited every time yo feel fear.
Because you have just been shown what you must do to take another step up the ascension ladder.
By definition, when your goal is to ascend out of your dark,
To enlighten,
You MUST enlighten ALL your dark.
In order to discover, in truth, all that you are.
A love infused, co-creating piece of God.
