Greetings Ground Crew.
Are you operating in the frequency of The Christ?.
When we come to this plane of existance called Earth its with a fully conscious state of being .
As you experience life on this orb many things happen to you schooling,jobs,families and living on a planet of foegetting who you truly are in reality.
The Frequency of Christ is a key point because and foundation that allows us to always be in alignment with Gods creation .
When we are not in that state of alignment many things happen we end up saying one thing and doing another.
Some would call this a split between the Mind or Brain and the Heart the connection to the Christ Consciousness. when this happens we only operate in alignment sometimes not all of the time as we live on this planetary system.
The key is to attain the ability to stay focused with the Christed levels of being and by doing so you love all of lifes creations and can walk in the highest light that God created you with.
The Ashtar Command always talks in truth about being guardians of the Light.
If you are a Guadian of the Light ,the radiance of your being within will shine for all Humanity to see.
Before one can teach others of this they have to live in that state or vibration always as best they can being on Earth.
Heree are some key steps from the Ashtar Galactic Command or Ashtar Command you can start using to attain this state.
1.) Meditate-when i say meditate I mean learn how to go into Cosmic Christed state first and take deep breaths in and out.Before the meditation always ask Jesus Christ who oversee's the Command to assist you if you are new to this.
2.) This mediation can take up to 1 hour to complete and when you are ready to return and awake,then you will feel the difference and your whole body will be in complete alignment.
I also suggest you do this meditation before leaving your home for the day if that means getting up early enough to do this great.
When you come home you can again do this before you go to sleep.
Letting go of your ego is the quickest way to attain this .
Humans were created with ego as part of your Earth based experience.
Being able to release ego will allow you to always operate in the state of Divine Being or your Christed State .
We are in the cycle of great changes to this Planet which will affect everyone billions and billions of life forms.
So in ending this please take time to breath and stop thinking about everything around you.
Give yourself rejuvenate your Mind Body and Spirit now by letting go of the days events in your life.
Remember many things in this World are part of the illusion not the cosmic reality.

Being in that Christ Alignment can make a world of a difference in your life.You can also use certian music while in this meditational state of being .Some of it I call Higher Dimensional Music.A few recording artists have created such beautiful sounds Jonathan Goldman,Michael Stearns,Michael Hammer,Aeloah just to name a few to help you use the right frequency of sounds within this meditational state.

i remember when i was a baby aged 1 in this incarnation; I REMEMBER I KNEW EVERYTHING
and somewhere between my 1 half - 2 yrs, i lost that .... i call it the DROP to density lol
im so glad to be going back to that knowingness that i once had a as a baby ;)
