  As spiritual beings incarnated (willingly) in the form, in bodies, we should all endeavour to protect, enhance, improve, strengthen, vivify, nourish, fortify and hone, our bodies.....Even lengthen our lifespans.....and we can do just that, as nothing is impossible for spirit and spirit is ourselves, within the flesh.....And Human DNA is inherently coded and that code reads; "God eternal within the body...!!"
  So we are fortunate to possess these forms, these containers and should keep them healthy at all costs....
  Some simple remedies, to attain a better form expression to reflect your lifeplan's service...One can serve the divine better, if healthy and in tact....Less so, if the body is dead, or ill....

  🫵🏻If anyone is considering taking the "weight loss" drug; Ozempic, my advice is don't.....It is another scam by big pharma, upon the gullible..Those victims who are looking for short cuts to lose weight, rather than actual fixes, with long term solutions...
  To lose weight, you must get healthy through lifestyle changes...Short cuts, such as drugs, also present terrible side effects, including serious vision problems, leading to blindness....
  And when the drug is not taken, the pounds simply pile back on....So don't fall for it, is my advice...☝🏻
