Currently I eat a couple of cloves a day, from a jar, filled with brine. In the past I have peeled raw garlic cloves and chopped up, as Dr Mandell suggests, but it can become a chore.....especially the peeling...

Very interesting observation, made by Dr Berg.....Who treated several Indian patients and noticed this feature, which was a product of cultural lifestyle and diet...
This also explains why so many Indian policemen have paunch protruding, pot bellies....Cortisol from stress, will also make this happen, as well as diet and levels of exercise...
