Anybody doing the Markaba meditation regularly ?

Are you using this ? The Markaba meditation.

Couldn't locate recent discussions anyplace on the web

Experiences, suggestions?

I did the Flower of Life workshop locally and the Earth Sky in Oregon , 11 yrs ago, with Drunvalo.

I gave up on the meditation after a few months, as I didn't  do much for me....then.

But since reading Living in the Heart, I've begun it again and it's so much more effective- as he now suggests. doing it.  Created from the heart instead of mind.

  I  do ChiGong much more , rather than sitting meditation, but find the Merkaba meditation a powerful and quick clearing-centering meditation, especially outside, in  nature.

    Thanx Hon.

    Lots of folks discuss the Markaba, but rarely has anyone said they do it...compared with other methods....

    so I'm curious.
