I found it at the river last night.
I looked online for hours, i just know it's awsome.
the tendrils go right through the rock, but are not fully exposed on the back.
I can take better pics if need be.
To me, it seems like this thing , grew, oxploded as the rock was being created, but its incredible, the shape it took.

I'm sorry , i really don't know.
I know it is a little harder than the surrounding rock material, because you can feel the slight lump where the(flower) is.

P.S .it doesn't react to vinegar either.
lol..this thing's pretty small, i super macro'ed on it , the flower itself is only a centimeter and a 1/2 max around.
