any experienced astral projectors?

hey everyone havent posted in quite a bit. been hard at work trying to get out of prison..erhm body. truthfully im discouraged. so i turn to you all i am but a teen you all have been on this topic for decades id imagine. any advice would be nice. i read that experiencing eternity is a speed up to eternity consciousness or unity or something like that. like we cant perceive unity with our ego so i need to go somewhere the ego doesnt exise i.e out of body. that text helped generate the desire for the end but i cant seem toget the means right... i mean id really like to experience fantasy... apparently in different vibes there is life on all 7 planets... jupiter of a particular interest... desire with no ends hurts.... help plz.some constructive criticism on my routine would be quite nice...i turn on the isochronic tones and pray for 5 minutes for protection also giving time for my brain to be entrained by the music. then i use the rope and it usually doesnt take to long before the increase in heart rate but then focusing becomes extremely difficult and if i do muster thewill to continue with focus it seema there is no end to the increase in heart rate... the sweating... the fear... sometimes exatacy. when i finally burn out i enjor the feeling of what i call being astralized and start playing around with my energy body imagining im feeling love and what not...but thats what i do.on a minor side note i used to be an extrwmely masculine male before all this started happening.. muscles.. confidence.. girls rock music... now is electro... solitude.. still working out but not with prior intent.. is this normal... i use to outright deny and fear feminine emotions but now im like whatever lol
