I have problems due to my father in my past, I have let my spite go, but I still I want peace in my life but theres so many problems in my family giving me stress, and I still have an anger issues no matter how nice I try to be towards others and towards myself and I just don't know what to do about it, I even use meditation but it doesn't help . I keep having rolling mental 24/7 thoughts and anger!! im very confused about this and wondered if you think hypnosis or something else would help??!! Where im at, and money situation, im busted and theres nothing close to me as far as meditation classes or higher guidance classes are concerned

Experience your anger as a natural reaction. There's nothing wrong in expressing your feelings. Most times, this anger might be due to repressed sadness and lack of emotional expression.
