Yes, then I realize if I put too much energy into it, I create more of it. We are human and sometimes we need to show our emotion to make change. But we need to be very careful with our focus at the same time. Balance...

yup. i used to ride around on my bike caffinated and full of rage. all consuming. i think for indigos directing our warrior energy to helping people (like volunteering, taking action, doing something that makes a difference) can help curb our rage. also i think that for indigos being on purpose is essential and vital to our health and wellbeing. being on purpose can help direct ourselves in which i believe will decrease rage. when we take action i think our warrior rage can energetically and physically move mountians. or if moving mountians sounds a bit grandious then just help out someone. thank you!!
