Lets take for example Hare Krishna Temples : Those in the deity kitchen and those in the general kitchen must have a monthly health check up and have a fitness certificate.

Lets take on Sikh Temple's : Those cooking in the general kitchen ( Langar kitchen ) must have a monthly health check up and have a fitness certificate 

Lets take Hindu Mandir : Those cooking in the Mandir kitchen must have a monthly health check up and so have a fitness certificate.

Without a monthly medical health check up and fitness note no one should be allowed to cook or even enter the kitchen
