Some of the Restaurants are getting away with offering yesterdays or older food to customers who really come for fresh food cooked daily.
Most are lying and Indian hack putting fresh corrionder on yesterdays or older food to make it look fresh ..cunning rascals. Although food may be edible but according to Ayurveda fresh food cooked must be eaten straightaway but maximum within 3hrs as after that it begins to loose its nutrients and taste.
Food that in some restaurants is yesterdays or older has been in the hot counter for a number of hours then in the fridge all night and then served the next day is CHEATING CUSTOMERS who come for fresh food just cooked.. some restaurants also mix in new fresh food just cooked yesterday's or older food which is CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS.
All restaurants must label either food cooked fresh or yesterdays food or longer days leftover food.
Why should customers pay full wack for yesterdays or longer food leftover thinking it's freshly cooked
Now in some restaurants some of the food may be yesterdays or older and just some preps may be freshly cooked but customers do not know for certain unless all food is labelled clearly fresh , yesterday’s or longer as you will find customers going to only restaurants where they know food is cooked fresh daily ..no cheating no lying.
RESTAURANTS THAT CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS MUST BE FINED HEAVY SO THEY START COOKING FRESH DAILY ..thus all happy
