Shel never mentions the name on his updates, so I will do so for clarification purposes....The new star nation he describes will be called Solaris......and it applies to all the waterworld planets that will be allocated for habitation, here....

This is explained clearly on the vid above, which usefully describes the processes of functional fluid management principles, in relation to PAGs, such as my own, which as everybody knows, is based in East Anglia, England...So a function that is local, yet serves, globally and cosmically....
Clearly the rules of PAGs (Planetary Activation Groups) are explained by the PAO director....I sincerely hope the naysayers view the vid Krishna Kalki has placed here....
A commander is not a permanent fixture, leading PAGs.....My own is used as suitable for the missions and processes utilised in service, at a given time....
I was awarded the role in the spring of 2006 by a Sirian Ascended Master, (not PAO) albeit, in complete compliance with PAO's rule of PAGs.....
